Prices include : IVA (Added Value Tax),sheets, towels, kitchen paper, the use of bikes, water, electricity, cleaning tools and liquids, firewood and heating. Wireless internet access, Wi-Fi.

Visitors’ rights of entry: 15 euros/person

A visitor is understood to be someone who spends the day within Can Bonet’s boundaries, and who has the right to use some of its equipment but does not stay overnight, and who exceeds the staying capacity of the apartment. A visitor can only be invited by the reservation holder with the explicit authorization of the owner.

Conditions 

The requirement for making a reservation is an advance payment of 40% of the total rental cost.

The remaining  payment must be paid when the tenants are given the keys. It can be made in cash, or using a credit or debit card.

Pets are only accepted at « El Celler » apartment, on the condition that they are clean and well trained pets. They are under their owner’s responsibility. There is a 20 euro supplement per pet and stay.

Pets are NOT accepted at « La Pallissa » apartment under any circumstance.

It is your duty to leave the rural aparmtnent in reasonably similar conditions to the ones you found upon arrival. Otherwise a 50 E supplement will be charged.

Only the people agreed upon during the reservation will be allowed to stay. If you expect to receive visitors during your stay, it is your duty to ask us about it.

A visitor can only be invited by the peson who made the reservation with the explicit owner’s authorization.

During the low season, arrival and departure times can be flexible in so far as they correspond to your rental schedule. In case there is a reservation  by another group on the same day, the established timetables will apply :

Arrival from 5 pm.
Departure before 12 pm.

Cancellation of the reservation within the 15 days previous to the arrival  date at  the rural apartment may imply the loss of the advance payment.
In other cases, the advance payment will be returned to the client.
