Conditions of the reservation

The remaining balance must be paid at the moment the keys are issued.

The price includes the IVA tax, the sheets, kitchen roll, use of bicycles, consumption of water, light, cleaning supplies, firewood, gas, and heating. Wi-fi internet access.

To make a reservation, a down payment must be paid. For reservations in the high season, long weekends, other festivals and stays longer that 7 nights, 50 % of the total amount.

For reservations in the low season less than 7 nights, 25 % of the total amount.

Domestic animals are permitted (please mention at the time the reservation is made)

We do not admit more people than were agreed on at the time the reservation was made. If you would like to receive visitors during your stay you must consult us.

During the low season the entrance and departure hours can be flexible, as long as it corresponds to our calendar. In cases of other group reservations for the same day, you will have to comply with our fixed arrival and departure schedule:

Arrival from: 17:00
Departure before 12:00

The cancellation of the reservation within the 15 days before the occupation date of the rural apartment denotes loss of the down payment.
In other cases, the down payment will be returned to the client.
